Sales Specialist
CurrentSupport on acquisition/award of businesses within the account and based on the defined strategies.- Direct customer contact;- Activities of profits & losses.- Profitability and other commercial analyses, and respective sales actions.- Negotiation, follow-up and management of customer agreements.- Preparation of quotations and RFQs replies, costing and pricing.- Periodic customer price reviews.- Handling of customer commercial complaints.- Internal and external negotiations to ensure resources availability and attendance to customer requirements.- Mobilization of internal resources to deliver or exceed customer expectations.- Main communication channel between operations and customer.- Support to Sales manager in general activities including presentations to board directors
