As part of Kenan Flagler's immersive program, STAR, worked alongside MBA candidates on a semester-long consulting project with an F500 pharmaceutical company to pilot marketing initiatives for previously untapped customer segments. Responsibilities included analytics of client-side financials, market research and analysis, corresponding with and interviewing executives at client and external firms, survey design, distribution, and research, synthesizing findings across multiple workstreams to iterate recommendations, and formally presenting findings to inform client strategy – recommendations implemented by client.
