Reporting to the Group CIO, this role leads the teams that are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of platforms that service nib’s members and travellers. These platforms include policy administration, CRM, customer communications and billing/payments.The team is also responsible for the delivery of technology platforms that enable the Group’s Finance and HR divisions.Core Applications Delivery is a cross functional delivery team that comprises approximately 70 team members. The team leverages Agile ways of working to create incremental value for nib. The team consists of product managers, system analysts, system accountants, business analysts, software developers and QA analysts/engineers.

In this role, I have the strategic ownership of the Group shared service technology platforms including Finance, Payroll, HR, Risk, Employee Comms and Project Management.The role involves working closely with key stakeholders in the respective shared services areas to develop roadmaps for the various platforms, being cognisant of strategies in each of the shared services areas.

In this role I work with leadership and business stakeholders to ensure IT strategy and planning is aligned with nib's group strategic plan. The role has a responsibility to design technology solutions that deliver key, group-wide business capabilities and outcomes that enable nib to provide its customers with access to world class healthcare throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally.

The primary responsibility of the role is product management of the core software applications across nib.This role involves working closely with a large group of stakeholders to determine system functionality required to address business needs and ensure strategic goals may be achieved.
