I have been working in the Food and Beverage Industry for 10+ years. I have food service management experience in institutional food service, specifically healthcare. I have transitioned my skills and work experience in foodservice consulting as an Associate for Cini-Little International, Inc.At Cini-Little I specialize in new and existing kitchen design, management advisory, and waste management. Mostly focus on the management advising with a scope of services including RFP operator selections, programming & spatial analysis, feasibility studies, and menu & concept design. My experiences include training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, auditing. Skills I have acquired over the years are: problem-solving in high-stress environments, excellent customer service skills, time management skills, and food health safety laws and regulations. I am Serv Safe certified, and have taken numerous company-led classes and programs. These company-led classes included Retail Certification, Diversity in the Workplace and Dynamic Leadership Development.
