Provided quality control for the Hewlett-Packard Software Support Global Critical Response Organization, which entailed various responsibilities including, but not limited to: audits of escalated software support cases, policy and procedure creation and documentation, maintaining the teams’ internal websites, and preparing and distributing weekly and ad hoc executive level reports.

As the Spherion Collections Manager at Hewlett-Packard, I managed all aspects of the outsourced collections contract with Hewlett-Packard. I was also the acting Project Manager for HP’s overall credit card processes, and assisted in creating policy documentation (which is still used today) for the HP businesses that utilize credit cards as a method of payment.

*Provided regular gap-training to team members and new hires on systems and processes.*Planned and executed tactical methods/methodology of timely collection for multiple HP businesses.*Achieved maximum collections performance in the complex, multi-system HP environment.*Effectively identified “at-risk” receivables to ensure HP’s bad debt was minimized.*Received recognition for identifying training gaps and personally increased productivity 11% by teaching advanced MS Excel skills to 40+ internal/external partners.
