I am a credit review specialist for US Bank focused on the agriculture industry. I am a credit underwriter for agriculture loans in central and northwest Iowa. I spread and analyze the financial information of our borrowers as well as new customers to determine the best loan options for them. I am experienced in using financial spreading and underwriting.

At Renewable Energy Group I focus on a variety of areas including tax accounting, tax planning and research, mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, and tax compliance. My main focuses since I started at REG have been Tax Accounting and Tax Planning and Research. In the tax accounting area I help prepare the quarterly tax provisions for 30 plus.

I facilitate communications with University of Iowa alumni over the telephone in order to obtain and update alumni information while updating alumni on new happenings at the University of Iowa. My ulitimate goal is to get alumni involved with a monetary gift to the University of Iowa.

I worked as a tax intern for Deloitte in their Cedar Rapids, IA office. I completed federal and state tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts. I also worked doing tax research. Worked with a variety of tax software including CORPTAX ETS, CCH ProSystem fx Tax, and RIA GoSystems Tax RS.

I worked as a corporate tax intern in AEGON USA Corporate Tax Department. During my rotation in the Tax department I worked in the federal tax group and the tax planning group. I spent the majority of my time completeing federal tax returns for life insurance subsidiaries of AEGON. I also spent time doing tax research and other tax related work.
