- Researched and tested product development: I was responsible for taking our initial product concept, custom printed recipe cards from internet, and turning it into a reality. This meant 1) Researching and sourcing ink, paper, and lamination to use and the equipment to convert them into the desired finished product, 2) Using Adobe Indesign to define a layout scheme that would work for almost any online recipe and would be scalable, and 3) Defining the production process (order processing, layout conversion, printing, laminating, and packaging) in a way that can handle several hundred orders per day.- Commissioned and directed logo design, website design and development: I used the Freelance website Upwork.com to 1) Write and post freelance-for-hire jobs, 2) Review applicants and determine best fit based on stated qualifications and correspondence, 3) Initiate contract and oversee freelance work by defining desired results and providing constructive feedback, and 4) See the project through to completion. I became familiar with WordPress and HTML in the process.- Managed social media strategy and paid ad campaigning: I used Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to post content related to our brand which was mostly curated from the internet, often using Goole Alerts. I posted some original content, such as photos of our product. My focus was on using Facebook's paid ads to increase brand awareness with Facebook Like Campaigns and drive traffic to our website to convert sales with Web Traffic Campaigns. I produced the ad creatives and copy personally to communicate our brand message, and used to Facebook's ad campaign manager to monitor the results. I also used Google Analytics to monitor our website traffic and inform campaign decisions, and HootSuite and Buffer to post content.

Receive calls and pitch automotive parts to customers, upselling premium packages when necessary. Assist customers with product selection and troubleshoot product fit issues. Collaborate with dispatch team to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.
