With over 20 years of lived and professional experience, expertise lies in transforming systems and advancing health equity for boys and male-identifying individuals affected by substance use disorder, PTSD, human trafficking, and related health disparities.Currently, providing training and technical assistance to organizations focused on violence prevention and co-leading initiatives at Men's Haven Health Initiative (MH²). This role emphasizes research, policy development, and collective impact to address syndemic labor and sex trafficking, PTSD, SUD, and health inequities among vulnerable male populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and low-income individuals.Operationalized one of the first direct service programs for male survivors of human trafficking in the U.S. and support Federal, State, and NGO partners in enhancing trafficking prevention capacities while promoting health equity.Served on the U.S. Council on Child Trafficking and as a Board Director at Love 146, with consulting experience at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Equity Training and Technical Assistance Center, The National Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance Center and the U.S. Office for Victims of Crime.
