I love working with software developers of all levels to help them build & achieve more than they thought possible before.Xcelerate is a B2B Project Management Suite for Restoration Contractors founded in 2018. Our clients are small to large Restoration Contractors who have field (mobile) and office (usually web) personnel who need to collaborate & communicate together to keep their own clients happy.We have built a software system that is easy to use, easy to train on, and easy to implement, but also deep and powerful. Smaller software companies enjoy how simple it is to pick up and get immediate value from, while larger companies enjoy the ability to customize and integrate with their existing complex workflows & systems.We chose a niche vertical (Restoration) because we as founders had Restoration experience, and knew the customer well. However, our knowledge and understanding of ALL restorers has grown immensely over the years, and our platform has adapted and changed to accommodate these intricacies.My experience with Xcelerate began in 2018. I sold & onboarded our first 30 customers, and provided support to our users as we worked through all of the start-up challenges we faced early on. Most of the processes we used to scale operationally over the next 3 years were built by me, many through trial and error. Nothing was perfect, but it helped us move forward.Today, Xcelerate is growing quickly, customers have never been happier, and our product has never been better. We will continue striving to further build, refine, and perfect the software so more Restoration contractors get exactly what they need, no matter the size or services they offer.
