I was put in charge of gathering and developing technical requirements, analyzing customers’ processes and developing the solution and codes for the entire project. I also developed Windows Power Shell and DOS scripts to perform system maintenance, logging, and purging of old data.During deployment, I investigated the problem areas and performed troubleshooting and debugging to enhance the solution.Upon completion of each phase, I documented all the issues, changes and technical specifications for solutions, with flowcharts, diagrams and user operation guidesAs part of the deliverable, I provided hypercare, training, post-sales support and maintenance of the solution throughout the project life cycle.Aside from this, I worked on CBPR+ and ISO20022, developing codes in Axway DML for data-mapping and transformation of MT to MX SWIFT messages, and vice versa.

LaserTek is a company dealing with laser trimming machines.I was the sole software engineer in charge of code changes and programmatic issues on these machines.I maintained system codes that process digital images, control IO boards, interpret readings from sensors and operate laser beams, burning micro-meters of resistor ink on surface-mounted resistors.In some projects, I would modify system codes based on customer’s requests, such as adding role-based access controls, setting limits on what can and cannot be changed, limits on variables that can be adjusted and providing new routines to additional functions when new hardware is installed to the machines.I self-taught and self-learnt C#, as well as multiple APIs to perform the tasks aboveAs best practice, I started the standard of documenting all changes performed to the codes, including commenting and cleaning up inefficient and deprecated codes. This was never practiced prior in this company.
