My work involves:Human Capital by Design: Exploring the developmental potential of human capital that transcends what algorithms or AI systems can achieve alone. I emphasize deliberately developmental processes that enhance cognitive, social-emotional, and psychological dimensions in both individuals and teams.Leadership by Design: Investigating the dynamics of shared leadership and how it influences the interplay between an organization's Capability Architecture (CA) and Accountability Architecture (AA). My research supports the adaptive distribution of leadership roles to optimize organizational effectiveness.Developmental Organization by Design: Analyzing how organizations can be structured as developmental organisms that adapt to the shifting balance between roles and the just-in-time scaffolding of emerging developmental needs. My focus is on distinguishing between horizontal learning and vertical development to foster sustained organizational growth.
