I worked for a great drafting and design team with a good boss. This allowed me to learn fast and grow in the company. I worked on P&ID's, vessel fabrication drawings, Bill of Materials, Weld maps and some plant layout drawings. I specified dimensions and double checked existing dimensions and made sure correct codes, notes and procedures were used on drawings to be used for fabrication. Sometimes I was tasked to inspect parts from outside manufactures as they came into our shop and create 3D models using Solidworks. These were used by designers in the plant general arrangements. I also was tasked to help in a little design work as far as piping between vessels. I was trusted with attention to detail and stayed with a project even when it became very challenging.
