A dedicated and approachable recruitment and sales professional who has been working in a sales/recruitment background for over five years.I'm currently responsible for Engineering & Technical recruitment roles across South Wales and the South West of England. This include sourcing hidden passive candidates for clients in this area, account managing the relationship with these clients and also developing new business through detailed and thought-out business development. I like to think that my approach to both clients and customers is on a consultative basis, trying to provide the most value and worth to both parties, all the while building on current relationships and developing new ones.Typically recruiting for Quality, Design, Process, Production engineers, as well as Maintenance professionals and Senior Level candidates, I'm always interested in connecting with and striking up a business relationship with these individuals.Previous to my appointment at Linea Resourcing I worked in a recruitment role covering IT infrastructure professionals across the South West of England. This was my first role in recruitment and gave me a solid foundation on which i am still building on today.My career really started in my time at Motonovo Finance, where I was a Key Account Manager for the Key Account Team. During my time there i was responsible for building key relationships with decision makers and business managers in 350+ motor finance dealerships across the UK. Again my approach was both honest and clear to the customer and it really enabled me to develop relationships quickly to get the best out of the accounts.I'm keen to connect with both candidates and clients alike who are interested in discussing either their next career step or potential opportunities that I can provide assistance to.
