As a recent graduate from the Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona, I am able to apply my knowledge from the classroom and past experiences to numerous areas within the hospitality industry. My past experience includes front and back of the house positions as a cashier, server, and prep/line cook, to name a few. I work well in fast-paced environments by myself, but even better with a team. My observant, detail-oriented nature and high level of focus has carried me far and helped me grow at both a personal and professional level. I hope to gain more experience in the areas of kitchen, dining room, management, and entrepreneurship as I navigate through my journey in the hospitality industry. Everyone that knows me can endorse the fact that I am extraordinarily passionate in what I do; whether it be exploring new restaurants, cooking in the kitchen, or serving others. There is no place I would rather be and I hope to be a source of inspiration for future hospitality leaders.
