My prime focus is to ensure any change which impacts Co-op food stores or colleagues is landed in a simple, meaningful and sustainable way.To act as the gatekeeper for stores, partneringwith all new projects and initiatives to smooththe transition from Proof of Concept to full rollout.To seek opportunity for continuous improvement and challenge where required if the spending represents good value for money. To support projects and initiatives through governance forums and connect to key stakeholders and land change at pace removing barriers.

Responsible for the successful roll out of a £10m project, leading the delivery of the Volumatic Cash Management system to c700 stores across the North Division.Engaging with 17,000 store colleagues, 31 area managers and 8 regional managers to ensure engagement levels remain high throughout the project and that the project is implemented smoothly.• Visit stores to ensure they are equipped with the resources required ahead of installation• Challenging area managers when training isn’t completed on time• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to schedule changes to the project as necessary, seeing these actions through to implementation• Work collaboratively with external partners,suppliers, and contractors to organise the installations of 700 stores• Carry out post-installation audits to ensure compliance to the process & mop up any issues• Creation of progress reporting to share with the wider project team, including capturing return to green plans• Responsible for the communication plan ,managing comms through various channelsSome of my key achievements in this role:• Successful delivery of 700 stores SmartCash installation with a benefit of £13.5m• Lead the communication strategy via Office 365, using Yammer to connect with over 2,000 colleagues to increase engagement• Coached store & field management colleagues through the project using a range of communication methods to support different learning needs• Drove the delivery of record-breaking training compliance
