Including the management of contact forms and all email databases.• Manage job reports including job number generation for efficient tracking of hours and invoicing.• Work with various team members collating all material including PDFs, slideshows for tender submissions.• Maintain relationship with printers and signage companies to limit cost and maintain quality production.• Create a rate structure for external client work and track billing hours.• Pre and post production of photography required across all projects for marketing material.• Establish the creative direction and planning of an online strategy.• Manage workload, quality control and provide training to Junior Graphic Artist.• Writing and proofreading copy.• Evaluating marketing campaigns by delivering post campaign results to measure the success.

After two years working in London, I returned to the Herald & Weekly Times, being promoted to the role of senior designer of The Weekly Times newspaper in May 2008. Managing all newspaper/magazine/web design related work. Tasks included designing monthly feature magazines FARM, HOME and EDUCATION along with a highly successful series of PARTWORKS magazines each year. I was also heavily involved with the design and development team launching the successful weeklytimesnow.com.au website, involved with designing the logo, concept and layout; as well as various promotional material.
