I'm an experienced global policy researcher and program evaluator, I measure social impact and solve strategic, operational, and implementation challenges using rigorous research methods and proven coaching frameworks. I enjoy working with leaders and organizations that are aiming to solve some of the world’s most complex problems and work with intelligent, passionate leaders to create regenerative and innovative solutions that place the wellness of humans and the planet at its core. A highly skilled mindfulness coach and group facilitator, I also support leaders, businesses, government agencies, foundations, and organizations with accessible ways to make difficult data-driven and collaborative decisions in high-impact settings. I started my career as a crisis counselor at a domestic violence resource center, where I learned a vast set of social-emotional skills that make me a strong process facilitator, teacher, counselor, and coach. I'm vastly trained in mindfulness teachings including and not limited to shamanism, death-doulaship, and ancestral earth wisdom. I combine my skills to offer strategic and intuitive coaching and consulting services. My overall objective is to support and strengthen mindful, equitable, inclusive, data-driven leadership in organizations to better serve their people, their extended communities, and our world. I hold a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an Ed.M. from Harvard University.
