About Nava Klopper

Hi! I'm Nava. Originally from Denver, Colorado, I have been living in Atlanta the past few years studying Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Comparative Literature at Emory University. At Emory, I am a Woodruff Scholar, Lead Ambassador of Emory Libraries Student Ambassadors, an IDEAS (interdisciplinary exploration and scholarship) Fellow, and a member of Queer Theory Reading Group. Outside of Emory, I have extensive work experience in childcare and customer service, and have gotten to pursue my passions for literacy and sexual health with internships at BookGive and Empowerment Resource Center. In the future, I am excited to pursue my interest in queer theory and sexuality studies through an Honors Thesis and, later, a PhD in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
