Heading Oracle EBS practice.

I was responsible for Digitization and Oracle Practice initiatives. I was responsible for building competency, building team, providing solution, Bid Management and Vendor Development. Focusing on building Oracle Cloud team.

I was responsible for delivery of large and complex program (25+ M USD) on R12 Oracle EBS and handle a team size of 150 associates. The foot print includes Oracle Finance, Projects, SCM, HRMS/Payroll, BI, Data Migration and Data Extraction, Testing services, Test Automation services. Prior to my delivery engagement, I was responsible for providing solution and Bid Management in Pre-Sales function. Improved win ratio by 4% by re-designing RFP response templates and providing more focus on solution section. I have provided solutions in Oracle SCM, HCM, and integration with OTM, Siebel and FMW. I have exposure to FMW, OTM, Siebel CRM, Golden gate, ODI.

Oracle India, Bangalore Aug 2006 – May 2011As a Project Manager/Lead, I was responsible for Oracle Apps projects for US clients. Latest project was from one of the biggest steel industry in US. I managed Oracle App 11i, which includes end-to-end solution like O2C, P2P, Discrete Manufacturing BOM/WIP, custom Shop Floor, and Base Apps Integration. Provided support to 5 new plants during deployment along with support and enhancements of current running plants. Lead a team of 10-20 resources on an average both at offshore and on-site. Handled very big clients like Sun Microsystems, Myriad US. I am currently working as offshore Delivery Manager of one of the big account of TechM.

Responsible for initiation and setup development center for STG in Bangalore and worked as Head off-shore development center in Bangalore. Involved in hiring, Project Management activities, Solutioning and Delivery of objects from Bangalore center to STG US. I was awarded as the "Best Team Lead" of the comapny.

Involved in Business development activities to promote ERP product in Middle East. Involved in collecting user requirements, prepare Gap analysis document, solutioning and building proposals.

Worked as team lead to handle Fleet Management application. Responsible for Oracle Migration project and Business Development activities like Proposal Preparation, Estimations.

Performed Business Analysis, Designed the application, Installed Oracle and performed DBA operations, Export – Import, SQL loader utilities. Managed the development efforts and coordinated all the activities including Testing/ QA for successful completion of projects.Got overseas order which was considered as one of the biggest project for the company.

Responsible for Vendor Development and Procurement activities for the organization. I handled a team size of 7 executives and 35 plus vendors. I worked as Business Analyst and involved in development of ERP system for the organization.Additionally, I was involved in implementation of ISO 9000 systems.

Worked as HOD for PPC Department (Production Planning and Control Department). Responsible for effective utilization of all the plant resources (Machines, Labor, Inventory) and to meet the end user requirements on time. I worked as Production Incharge and used to handle a team size of 70 in one shift. Interacted with 25 marketing branches all over India from Mallanpur works. Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Procurement and Quality departments. Preparation of Shop floor scheduling and rolling monthly plans. Worked as Management Representative to implement ISO 9000 system for PPGML.
