Post Award Stage• Inviting potential sub contractors for formal discussion regarding their exclusion’s, sub contract requirements & negotiate with them for the price, payment terms & maximum possible discount.• Prepare the procurement Budget for Sub contractor and Material procurement • Helping the Project Management team for Post contract activities including Sub-Contract finalization, Budget Control, Cost & actual value reconciliation, valuation,S/C payment certificate’s & Claims for variations etc

Project CoordinatorWorked for one of the biggest ever development project in the Kingdom called Jeddah Tourist City (Durrat-Al_Arus). It’s a complete development of an artificial island in Red Sea. I was responsible for the development of Villas, Boat Exhibition, Marina Club & Floating Bridges. Being the Project coordinator my responsibilities was to coordinate with thenClients & Consultants to prepare transmittals & office correspondence, to get approval from them & forward this information to the site team, in addition to this I have to look after all the finishing items. The tender cost of the part of the project was SR 53 million.

I was responsible for planning, quantity estimates, quality control, measurements & billing for one of the biggest housing projects in India, which consisted of 74 towers of G+13 levels. The estimated cost of the project was $ 63 million.
