Current• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle, screening and short listing the resumes as per the requirement, conducting preliminary interviews and sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments• Orienting new hires to organization’s culture in Mumbai location and taking care of their joining formalities. • Maintaining records and collating overall employee related information pertaining to personal details leave records, performance details, payroll assistance and promotion details etc. • Actively involved in the Reference Checks, Performance Appraisal System, and Administration Activities. • Accountable for attrition analysis and handling overall employee grievances & welfare facilities - related to HR policies, schemes, processes and payroll• Handling Compensation & Benefits and looking at all HR Related statutory matters on monthly basis along with the consultancy like Provident Fund, E.S.I.C, and M.L.W.F. • Maintained a flawless communication with the employees and ensured timely resolution of employee grievances and harmonious working environment at all levels.• Led efforts across preparing Offer Letter, Promotion Letter, and salary revision letters. Prepared MIS reports with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.• Updated Venders data and timely payment according to contract. Handled statutory compliance, Forms and formalities of P.F E.S.I.C & M.L.W.F.
