Key Responsibilities:- Managing staff on the shift, such as assigning duties, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and evaluating performance.- Overseeing inventory, such as receiving, processing, storing, and picking warehouse stock products, ensuring quality standards, and performing inventory controls.- Tracking shipments, such as preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, loading and unloading goods, and communicating with customers and suppliers.- Organizing the warehouse environment, such as keeping a clean and safe working space, optimizing space utilization, and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment.- Securing all safety and security requirements, such as following industry rules and regulations, handling customer and employee complaints, and reporting any discrepancies or issues.- Managing the upkeep of the warehouse, such as ensuring availability of consumables and equipment, planning and executing transport requirements, and achieving and exceeding KPI target expectations.
