• Review PPP project proposals submitted by line departments and local governments.• Make recommendations, in consultation with the Legal and Financial Advisors, on prioritizing these proposals according to their alignment with the overall PPP policy as well as with their development impact, financial attractiveness, and readiness for implementation.• Seek Financial Advisor’s input in evaluating the level of direct and contingent GoPb support sought for PPP projects.• Prepare briefing notes on PPP project proposals for the PPP Steering Committee, together with a recommendation on whether to approve or reject these proposals.• Monitor the subsequent transaction execution from prequalification to bidding to selection of the private sector sponsors and signing of the contract.• Review bid evaluation reports submitted by line departments and local governments for compliance with prescribed procedures.• Prepare briefing notes on results of the tendering process for the PPP Steering Committee, together with a recommendation on whether to approve or reject the proposed contract award to the selected private sector partner.• Analyze problems facing implementation of PPP projects, and propose solutions to the PPP Steering Committee on how to resolve these problems.• Provide guidance and technical assistance to PPP Nodes in conducting PPP project preparation and transaction execution, reviewing feasibility studies and determining the best modality and structuring of PPP projects.

• Regulating and managing urban bus routes of Lahore through field visits. • Handling and monitoring all new projects and initiatives of LTC.• Conducting route assessments and analysis for operative routes and developing plans to generate revenue streams.• Coordinate with private bus operators on daily basis and monitor their bus operations.• Coordinate with SNGPL and CNG owners of Lahore and other cities regarding uninterrupted supply of CNG to dedicated AC/CNG buses.• Evaluate the tracker reports of buses provided by Tracker Company for the calculation and disbursement of subsidy amongst private bus operators each month.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly report of the ongoing projects.• Monitor Third Party Firm while conducting surveys on different routes of Lahore for evaluation of passenger ridership.• Attend seminars, initiated the newsletter, bus branding etc.• Provide training to the LTC staff and Government educational institutions on Student Green Card scheme.• Coordinate with Government Departments regarding ongoing projects and tasks. • Prepare LTC informatory stalls on different occasions during Youth Festival, Laptop Distribution ceremony etc.
