- Assisting higher management in preparation of Statement of Comprehensive Income and Statement of Financial Position.- Managing month end closing.- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.- Prepare Debtors Reconciliations of customers based on verification working.- Preparing delivery order, monitoring inventory lifting and position and reporting to seniors.- Liaison with Tax Consultant for all Tax related issues and representing the company before tax authorities for tax assessments, appeals and other tax related issues.- Maintenance of taxation records, ensuring compliance of tax laws, E-filling of monthly returns regarding sales Tax and withholding Taxes.- Preparing Bank Payment Vouchers- Vendors Reconciliation-Resolve vendor payment issues and answer vendor questions.Keep records of invoices and support documents.- Resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity and product descriptions between invoices and purchase orders. Work with Purchasing Department to resolve variance..- Verify payment terms, early payment discounts, freight charges and rates for goods and services in order to complete the posting process.- Answer mail and telephone inquiries regarding vendor questions about billing and payment discrepancies and other matters.- Managing Accounts Payable, Process Payment to various parties against purchases.- Preparing proposal and full filing requirement of Banks regarding financing (Cash finance & long term loan).-Completing requirements of loan disbursement (Insurance, availability of stock to pledge & etc.). -Monitoring Cash Flows and reporting cash position to DGM finance.-Preparing Accounts Payable report for director.-Manage and process export of Sugar.-Maintaining files of pledged stock reports, insurance, Bills, purchase orders & dispatch orders and reporting to senior and third parties relating these.

 Bank reconciliations and recording reconciling entries into the accounts. Preparing daily Bank Position. Preparing monthly Salary of all employees of Company. Entering data in Tally Software related to Bank Payments, Bank receipts. Book keeping. Preparing E-filling of monthly returns regarding sales Tax and withholding Taxes. Preparing reconciliations of different accounts having debit/credit balances to get differences & investigate.

 Ensuring that audit is executed in line with the firm’s audit strategy and in accordance with the audit program. Testing internal controls. To identify and prepare the system notes of the organizations during conduct of an audit. Identifying the weak area of internal controls and recommending for improvements in those controls. Formulation of conclusions and reporting to the audit supervisor and liaison with client management during audit. Identification of key risk areas by developing risk assessment for critical business processes. Ensuring that the financial statements comply with all the applicable requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local laws. Assessing compliance with regulations and controls by executing audit program steps; examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. To verify the valuation of stores and stocks that the valuation is done as per accounting standards and company policy on consistent basis.
