I had to ensure that all aspects of product development, marketing, implementation, support and billing processes were set as per the ISO 9001:2000 company policies.Prior to the above, I had worked on building the business of providing Internet and Value added services at Camp Arafjan for the US Army. The objective was to provide pre-paid and post-paid Internet services in the camp. The Internet services were provided via an Aruba WiFi network that spanned through the entire campus. There was also the need to set up retail points of sale at different locations in the camp. The role involved liaising and coordinating with the US Army officials for project management; our network department for service provisioning and support; Sales & marketing department for service awareness; and of course the accounts department for collection processes.I was also responsible for setting up and enhancing our international carrier relations.
