CurrentAs a Field Service Engineer, I am responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and support of lab and online Rheology equipment, as well as high-pressure and temperature sensors. My role includes a broad range of responsibilities that ensure our clients get the most out of our products: Commissioning: Leading the installation and setup of Rheology equipment and high-pressure and temperature sensors at customer sites, ensuring that all systems are fully operational and meet specific client needs. Training: Providing in-depth training to clients, empowering them to effectively operate and maintain their equipment for optimal performance. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Rheology equipment and sensors, both on-site and remotely, to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular preventive maintenance and calibrations to prevent equipment failures and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our systems.Product Presentations & Customer Demos: Conducting product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our Rheology equipment and sensor technology to current and potential clients. Onsite & Remote Support: Offering technical support across the EMEA region, tailored to meet client needs through both on-site service and remote troubleshooting. Trade Show Preparation & Participation: Preparing for and participating in industry trade shows, where I represent Dynisco by demonstrating our products, engaging with potential customers, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.In this role, I ensure that our clients are fully supported in their use of Rheology equipment and sensor technology, while also contributing to the growth and visibility of our company through active participation in industry events.
