Louis Berger is the General Consultant for Navi Mumbai Metro project and being Heading Telecom , AFC and Interface Departments. Hence responsible for:• Design review, Vendor Approval, FAT, Procurement, Quality, Installation & Commissioning, PAT, SAT & IT&C for complete Telecom & AFC Package of Navi Mumbai Metro project.• Review and closure of all systems interfaces Signalling-CBTC, Track, Rolling stock, AFC, Telecom, OHE , PSS with Depot, Viaduct & Stations civil.

AECOM is the General Consultant for Hyderabad Metro Project and being a Associate for Transport and transit system. Responsible for:Design review, Vendor Approval, FAT, Procurement, Quality, Installation & Commissioning, PAT, SAT & IT&C for complete Telecom of Hyderabad Metro project.Review & closure of all systems interfaces (Signalling-CBTC, Track, Rolling stock, AFC, Telecom, OHE , PSS with Viaduct & Stations civil.

Heading the Telecom O&M of Delhi Airport Metro Line.

• Telecom Tender Preparation, Floating the Tender, Bid Review, awarding the Telecom Contract etc.• Co-ordination with contractor for Design / Installation & Commissioning, PAT, SAT, Integrity test for all the telecom equipment in time.• Providing the technical support to other MMOPL systems like Rolling stock, civil, E&M etc for the interface requirements time to time.• Organize & attend meetings with customer, provide progress reports and take the work progress plan of the customer. • Roaster Management, RAMS demonstration plan, Leave Approval, Preventative Maintenance, training to the team members.• Providing reports /reply to ALC/DMRC queries.

Responsible for major projects like DMRC L-3,complete Defence projects of North-India and the team of almost 15 Engineers.KPI ' S :  Co-ordination with DMRC to perform Installation test, Partial Acceptance Test (PAT), System Acceptance Test (SAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Integrated testing & Commissioning (ITC), Reliability Test and to provide the support to System Engineering team for designing of Telephone System / Master Clock & CDRS (Centralised Digital Recording System-Voice Logger). Of DMRC Line-3 To coordinate with Third Party organisations.. Analysis of Tenders, compliances, risk analysis & submission. Site surveys, Projects monitoring, Providing support to the service/implementation team during the project.  Organize & attend meetings with customer, provide progress reports Coordinate & Supervise Sub-Contractor work
