Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current▪ Own and drive end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing up to onboarding of a candidate.▪ Working closely with hiring managers and stake holders to understand requirement and building potential pipeline.▪ Understanding the requirements, coordinating for short listing, and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates ▪ Worked on Junior, Mid and senior level positions Hiring.▪ Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule▪ Negotiate and close offers within approved budgets.▪ Adherence to TAT: Responsible and accountable for closures of all mandates. ▪ Understanding the organizations hiring needs and partner with stake holders in formulating hiring strategies.▪ Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.▪ Screening candidates job applications and resumes by assessing applicant’s relevant knowledge and soft skills, experience and attitude fit.▪ Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting tools (MS Teams, Zoom and Google Meet etc.,.) to filter candidates within time lines.▪ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.▪ Negotiating and closing the positions within the approved budgets.▪ Organizing employee engagement calls to increase the conversion ratio from offer to Onboarding.▪ Following up with the candidates through the interview process and post offer release till completion of onboarding process ▪ Maintaining status tracker and databank of candidates.▪ Maintain records of new joiner’s documentation, background verification and other onboarding operations.▪ Organizing Campus recruitment (contacting campus to recruiting right talent).
