Current- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing up to onboarding of a candidate.
- Working closely with hiring managers and stake holders to understand requirement and building potential pipeline.
- Understanding the requirements, coordinating for short listing, and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates
- Worked on Junior, Mid and senior level positions Hiring.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Negotiate and close offers within approved budgets.
