Tools and making action plan. Handle and maintain the ISO/ TS 16949:2009 Documentation. Interact with customers and handle their complaint and submit the Countermeasures. Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKA, 5’S. Planning & execution of Process, Product & Internal Audits for ISO/TS 16949:2009 Standard Conduct the Doc Audit and ensure the Quality of the products meeting to drawing specification. Calibration of Instruments & Gauges from certified third party(NABL Accredited Lab) Attend CAPA Meeting.

 Ensure compliance of In-Process, Outgoing Quality control Procedure. Action on internal non conformities & Corrective and preventative action taken. Analysis of drawing, development of new products, defect Analysis and Report Connecting. Implementation & Improvement in Quality Management System. Documentation of Quality System (ISO Activity) Implementation of 5’S & KAIZEN on Shop Floor. Calibration on Instruments & Gauges.

 Looking of all Paint Shop Activity. Knowledge of Painting Process (Manual, Robotic) and Quality Maintenance activities. Handle the Man Power & Achieving daily production volume targets with the desired quality. Continuously reduce the scrap cost, investment cost and reduce operating cost through implementation of good suggestions etc. Implementation of 5’S & KAIZEN on Shop Floor. Documentation of Quality System[ISO/TS Activity]
