As an M.Tech student specializing in Integrated design and manufacturing, I am passionate about exploring the potential in Digital Manufacturing . My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in the principles of additive manufacturing, while my hands-on experience with 3D printing technologies has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the process.Through my M.Tech thesis, I am developing and testing new methods to leverage digital twinning to optimize powder bed fusion-based additive manufacturing. My work involves developing and implementing models to predict and reduce the energy consumption and distortion during the printing process. By reducing energy consumption and distortion, I hope to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the additive manufacturing process and dimensional accuracy and repeatability of printed parts.I am excited to explore opportunities to work with forward-thinking companies that are pushing the boundaries of additive manufacturing and using digital twin technology to achieve new levels of productivity and efficiency.
