As a Master’s student in Food Science and Nutrition, with a strong foundation in food technology, I am passionate about applying scientific principles to develop and improve food products. My industrial experience in production management and quality control, coupled with hands-on research in nutrition, has provided me with the skills to tackle real-world challenges in the food industry.I have experience leading cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of food production processes, from procurement to packaging, while maintaining stringent quality control standards. My research background spans projects such as developing gluten-free and vegan products and improving the nutritional value of traditional foods.Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s at the University of Central Oklahoma, where I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA and have engaged in coursework that deepens my expertise in food safety, laws, regulations, and functional foods for health. I have also undertaken certifications such as HACCP and Six Sigma, which enhance my proficiency in quality management and process improvement.I am actively seeking internship opportunities where I can leverage my skills in food science and project management to contribute to innovative projects.
