● Analyze data for the Outsourcing Commodity (CPE and N&C Business) –worth $2.2bn spend.● Developed reports and dashboards to provide insights on procurement performance and trends.● Managed the procurement database and ensured data accuracy and integrity.● Hands on experience in using various web based tools & ERP systems like CRIS (Cost reduction Information system), SharePoint, OBIEE, SAP, Oracle 11i, and Agile.● Conducted data analysis to identify procurement trends, opportunities for cost savings, and risks.● Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with Procurement Director, PLM & Commodity Managers.● Business analytics Reports such as Excess & Obsolete material, Spend & Savings for the Finished Goods & component, Marginal Value-added cost breakdown, Component Master, Component demand & saving opportunity, demand, forecast, Scheduling and shipments spend/savings report.● To prepare and publish Spend and Savings Reports for the Outsourcing, VLSI and Memory Commodity on monthly basis.● Support Finance Manager for follow up to collect rebate payment from rebate supplier.● Responsible for getting FG quotations from EMSs. Analyzing them and reporting a QOQ savings on direct material and conversion.● Supporting finance in Buy down and PPV claims for all EMS sites.● Have monthly meetings with Category Managers to discuss their savings numbers and ask suggestions regarding any improvement ideas which we have.● Maintain procurement metrics (ASL, PSL, DVL, Substitutes, Sourcing Rules, BPA and many others) and publish them monthly.● Coordinating with business operations on demand alignments.● Highlighting any demand irregularities to BU leads.● Run any ad-hoc analytics which SLT requires for getting better insights on costs.● Generating meaningful business insights for PMs (Program Managers), Sr. PMs & Directors by preparing business analytical executive reports on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis by using advanced excel.

● Supporting quarterly negotiations & Ensuring next quarters pricing is set up in the system(RFQ/BPA) and communicated to the EMS's as per calendar approved by management.● Tracking MCPU(DM cost+VA+Royalty+Local Taxes) and getting it setup in system so that order● flow is as per sourcing rule.● Coordinate with PLM team to know which SKU BOMs (which have demand) are● stable and need MCPU cost setup for order flow.● Report quarter over quarter reduction on MCPU of SKUs and help category team to know where● further reduction is required or where incorrect cost has been passed down to us.● Responsible for maintaining supplier KPI's and providing them to the higher management for their● further analysis.● Review detailed direct material spend analysis with the entire category team and CPO.● Validation of PPV (Purchase Price Variance) and Buydown claims submitted by EMS's.● Recover any extra amount paid to EMS in BOM variance claims.● Component cost reduction cadence Preparation of quarterly pricing calendar for EMSs. ● Supplier Intelligence Reports.● Facilitating Procurement of finished goods from ODMs/EMSs Setup of negotiated component cost.● Software Royalty Payments calculation and validation.● Support reduction of NPI Product MCPU.● Coordination with finance, IT, Purchasing & planning team to ensure all approval criterion are met.● Adherence to SOX audit and responsibility for each setup.● Designing processes which can reduce errors in processes● Preparing MIS Report like Savings vs Plan Volumes, Spend vs Saving, QoQ (reduction on each quarter), Global Summery PO Compliance, Supplier Progress Chart and other.● Knowledge of Audit, Billing, Vendor payment and Operation.● Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.● Handling the implementation of key procurement strategies, contingency plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with program / project requirements.

● Verify the Quotation received to create sales & purchase orders in the system for internal record.● Data upload into the ERP system, which includes SO creation, PO & PR, delivery creation in SAP, invoice parking, GR/IR closure.● Close look on delivery creation and shipment preparation which is ready.● Responsible for coordinating with the corporate and Client for performing all activities that requires ensuring implementation of site as per the stipulated project plan.● Consult with operation teams to determine commodity/service needs and delivery schedules.● Work with the team to create Invoice & packing list in SAP, when the goods are ready to deliver.● Follow up with vendors and finance team to clear the payments.
