• As a part of my team, I use to get multiple requirements on a Weekly/Monthly basis form the client, and as the part of organization we deal with the clients like Method Electronics , Multiplan• I was exclusively working for Acadia through i-hear and also for Xilinx for IT and Non IT requirements• exclusively sourcing resumes for Acadia and we only deal with full time positions citizens and Green card Holders and sometimes for H1B ‘s too• Search profiles on varies job portals like Monster, Dice, Hot jobs, CareerBuilder, Corp-Corp using various searching strings and have hands of experience using them• Match the resume with the check list provided by the client for the requirement and check for the appropriate experiences and from the targeted Companies• Call and/or email potential candidates, reviewing resumes, pre-screening qualifications, preparing candidate submittals to clients by reformatting resume, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending offers.• Conducts telephone screens, schedules qualified candidates for interviews Responsible for searching and placing qualified candidates to required technical position• Sourcing consultants on Visa status OPT/ CPT/ EAD/ L1/ L2 explaining the benefits and convincing to join us Getting consultants on our W2 (H1 transfer)• OPT Hire software developer from the field of technology and train in key technologies.• Help candidates with resume creation, interview preparation, and help through hiring process.• Recruit highly technical foreign professional through interview process on new filing and/or visa transfer Green Card filing for H1B, L1visa holders. Assist and negotiate in H1 transfer cases• Educating consultants on Visa status OPT CPT EAD for getting train in key technologies or ongoing technologies Negotiating & finalizing salary OPT, EAD.• Coordinated and managed the training of fresh OPT students as well as imparted soft skills training,mentoring them and preparing them for the job market
