I was handling a part in the end to end recruitment process from the consultancy. As Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Schedule, First level of Interview as the consultant in the process of filtering the candidates, Coordinating with the client company for the final interview process, Joining and Employee retention follow up for 90 days.

I have successfully completed the Project in the title of "Expectations of corporate HR professionals from HR Consultant" by getting the responses from 30 organisations HR Professionals and submitted the Findings and Suggestions to improve/Implement the needs of HR professionals from the organisation as a HR consultant.
