M/S. GOEL SCIENTIFIC GLASS WORKS LTD., Vadodara, Gujarat  May 2013‐ currently (Journey– Executive sales to Manager ‐ Export Business Development (Laboratory Glassware) and Product Expert ‐ Lab Glass Reactor.Software                    : MS Office, ERP  Work Experiences • Expand GSGWL business to the world. • To develop and follow Country Business plans to grow profitability and meet the overall expectations of Regional/Corporate • Direct responsibility for generating sales for laboratory Glassware and Special Process consumables from various industry segments like pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Institutes and Academia, etc by technical selling all over the world. • Manage end‐customer satisfaction for assigned region. Develop new customers along with addition of new products at existing customers. • Responsible for both product management and product marketing(Industrial Glassware, Lab Glass Reactor and Laboratory glassware ) • Handling and managing OEM division with Industrial Glassware  • Grow volume and revenue to meet or exceed agreed targets. • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on‐going visits to customers and non‐customers and inputs from sales team as well. • Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. • Developing and implementing a company‐wide go‐to‐market plan, working with all departments to execute. • To manage open business documentations including the law of individual country requirement. • To engage with the potential customer and distributor for modern trade in individual country.  • To engage with the potential perspective, supplier, transporter, logistic and many more. • Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. • Including participation in global projects, product launches, new product development and product‐line extension for Research and developments • Ensure the commercial team in India achieves the projected numbers for top line and margin. Help commercial team in India with regular technical product training; pan India joint end‐customer visits as part of the responsibilities. • Plan, lead, manage and monitor resources on a day to day basis.• Cost control and maintain a focus on strategic initiatives, including customers, new products and market opportunities.
