I spearhead the implementation from ideation to deployment of core data management capabilities. I also head a Data Management Department, which is the entire data management staff at a company or a subset of it. Moreover, I manage trial data from start-up to post-database lock through adequate resourcing and development of new personnel. I am also responsible for overseeing project data entry processes, including development of data entry guidelines, training, data entry quality, and resource allocation. By coordinating with third-party vendors including external data vendors and EDC vendors, I aim to meet deadlines and deliver results related to data. Over the years, I have been the functional owner of the largest migrations since 2009 and migrated two crucial Fraud functions. I have been improving the commercial bureau search and match logic, while providing consumers with the next-generation search and match experience. In addition, I designed a single platform for ingestion of data in TUCIBIL.

Within the scope of my role, I led the development of MFI Bureau as an independent business vertical with a team of 5 resources and 2 primary products. I directed the products, data, and sales division for the MFI Bureau. In addition, I developed a proposal to establish the Data Management and Governance vertical, the first in the TU world as well as achieved sales target in million dollars. Being the 4th entrant into the MFI market place, I successfully reached business goals and acquired over 4 members.

As JVP – Operations, I developed the To-Be architecture of a new database that aggregates data from various sources. I identified trends and opportunities for improvement across projects by monitoring quality and efficiency. I guided resources in the prioritization of key deliverables and managed stakeholder expectations.From 2004 started of as the first person in operations, in 2016 as moved into the new role of setting up the MFI bureau the total team strength was 40 plus people on role and more than 50 outsourced staff.

Also, I developed a Data Quality Index (DQI), through which banks were analysed on the scores and quality of their data submissions.

Furthermore, I successfully formed a UAT team that was the first team from India to visit and adopt best practices at the Mexico bureau and TransUnion in Chicago.
