 I am playing the lead rule to Asia – Pacific vendors to ensure my production team fully equipped. Support the production materials as per demand without line stop.  Materials follow up from the date of P.O placed. Maintain with proven track record in terms of Purchase orders. Every week DV (Demand View) share the suppliers for the production materials & give DV confirmation to planner. Every month forecast share to supplier for RM preparation.  ldentify Non-Conformance materials & follow up the supplier get the CN for the same.  Co-ordinate with stores in receiving incoming materials. Resolve supplier issues and ensure on time payments to suppliers. Material planning as per monthly consumption. Supplier identification for the respective materials. Maintain with proven track record in terms of Purchase orders & RFQ’s. Source the new suppliers for new development products through effective use of established procurment skills in consumables. Maintain good pricing,highlighting on cost reductions,quality and supplier delivery performance.
