1. Design of both hydraulic & Mechanical fixtures for VTL, HMC & VMC machines for components like Cylinder head, Cylinder block (3,4&6), Gear Box Housing, Transmission Housing, Front axle beam, Rear Axle, Tractor Clutch Housing, Gear Yoke components.2. Analyze and discuss the machining requirements with the customer and prepare a 2D conceptual drawing highlighting the basic fixture element.3. To perform hand calculations for machining cutting force, selection of cutting tools, and selection of the cylinders/ clamps.4. Absorb the customer feedback and adapt the design to the demands of the customer including cost controlling measures related to design.5. To structurally validate the Fixture design using SolidWorks simulation.6. On approval of the Final design from the Customer, Preparation of a 3D model, using SolidWorks Software.7. Incorporation of hydraulic connections upon receiving design approval. Completely concealed and internal hydraulic connections are incorporated.8. Preparing Casting drawings for the base and releasing it for casting purposes.9. Preparing of detailed child parts drawings using GD&T with BILL OF MATERIALS in ISO standards and releasing them to the shop floor for manufacturing.10. Preparing of Sheet metal covers for Fixtures to safeguard hydraulic components and external hydraulic pipelines.11. Assisting in the manufacturing processes as and when needed.12. Assembly of the parts post manufacturing (Observation), and using STACK UP ANALYSIS, when needed.13. Testing of the component onto the fixture for proving out (Observation).
