● Working in the Technology Solutions Department covering the following Areas: Audio/Video distribution, Automation, CCTV/Security, Networking and MATV● Designing/Quoting required equipment as per clients requirements for residential and commercial projects● Provide Sales Pitch to J.A. Russell Clients as per their requirements● Provide training and knowledge to J.A. Russell Clients on products from the Technology space.● Provide Technical support to Clients on a number of Technology products and processes.● Liaising with Suppliers and Clients to ensure the best deal is made● Attending Training sessions from various J.A. Russell Suppliers to keep up to date with the constantly changing technology trends.● Monitoring/Managing Clients account activity to get a better understanding of what the clients require.● Customer Account Management Duties as required.● Setting Pricing/Discount structures on accounts based on sales numbers.● Programming/Maintaining J.A. Russell’s Technology Showroom – Ensuring Automation system is working on a day to day basis.● Integrating new Technology into the Automated Technology Showroom.● Showcasing Technology Showroom to clients, walking clients through different aspects including programming, installation and maintenance.
