On completion of the merger of Andreco-Hurll Refractories with Veolia Refractories, I moved back to Perth, WA as Refractories Regional Manager (WA/SA/NT) in a strategic role looking after diversification of Refractories business in to Integrated Project Services business for major industrial sites.

Veolia acquired Andreco-Hurll Refractories from Vesuvius Australia in June 2012. Andreco-Hurll was the largest refractories installation company in Australia for more than 25 years and had revenue in excess of $80 Million.Veolia Refractories has emerged over last 10 years as a fastest growing Refractories Management business in Australia. I successfully completed the merger of the two largest refractories installation/management business in Australia.

National Technical Manager - Refractories for the Refractories Management business of Veolia Environmental Services (Australia) since Jan 2008. Area of work - business development strategy and implementatioin, technical management, projects & contract management.

Veolia Australia and New Zealand, a part of the multinational company “Veolia Environnement” of France, specializes in Industrial Services (including Refractories Management) and Waste Management. Veolia entered in Refractories Management business by acquiring Vac Tech Industrial Services and Mowatt Refractories in Jan 2002. Within a span of nine years, VES Refractories Management business has emerged as one of the leading Refractories Management companies in Australia.

I started my career in Australia with Mowatt Refractories specialising in refractories installation and sales.

While working in India with number one and largest refractories manufacturing company- Tata Refractories Ltd (TRL), I gained valuable experience and exposure in Market and Organisation development.
