I am Dr. Navneet Kumar, currently serving as Principal Scientist at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research - National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (ICAR-NAARM). With over a decade of experience in Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology, I have previously served as an Associate Professor at the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Anand Agricultural University. There, I led the Processing and Food Engineering Department and contributed to numerous research projects.My academic journey includes roles as a Lecturer, Reader, and Research Associate at prestigious institutions, including ICAR – Indian Agricultural Research Institute and Choudhary Charan Singh University. I have been honored with several accolades, including the ‘Distinguished Service Certificate’ from the Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers and the JFST Best Paper Award in Food Engineering.I have published extensively in leading journals, authored books, and secured patents, reflecting my commitment to advancing agricultural technology. I have guided many students at various academic levels, fostering the next generation of engineers and researchers. My involvement in professional societies and contributions to numerous training programs, seminars, and workshops underscore my dedication to the field. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to drive innovation in food processing and post-harvest technology, ultimately contributing to sustainable agricultural practices.
