One of the founding partners of Matsai Group, which was started in November 2003. The Group consists of 3 divisions namely, MATS' (Marketing, Advertising & Technology Solutions) - which is the division that handles advertising, project outsourcing, marketing of services; StepUp Careers - which is the recrutiment services division. We provide recruitment services to clients by being a value addition to their recruitment processes. We work in both IT & Non-IT verticals; FirstStep - The training division. FirstStep provides training services to it's clients' employees in Softskills, behavioural skills & Technical Training.

As an Executive Director with Katalyst was incharge of the advertising division. Took care of the entire gamut of advertsing for the clients, from business development, to layout designing & publication.

Was heading the web division of CAT Technologies Limited called Websight. Websight was instrumental in developing static as well as dynamic websites for clients across the globe. Apart from this we were also proficient in developing web based applications for clients across the globe. The team consisted of highly skilled software developers, graphic designers & database experts.

I was incharge of the design department at the Hyderabad branch (1 man army you can say). Started off on a rate contract basis, was subsequently absorbed into a permanent position. Began as an Executive - Response went on to become Senior Officer - Response within a span of 3 years. Was responsible for the layouts of the advertisements & presentations to the clients,layout of the Response Features emnating from the Hyderabad branch. Was also responsible for the design & processing of the local supplement of The Economic Times, Hyderabad edition titled "Hyderabad Plus", the design, layout & processing of the twin issue of the women's magazine called "Femina". Was instrumental in the compilation of the best articles from Ascent in the form of a montly booklet to be circulated amongs the HR fraternity in Hyderabad. Was responsible for the design & layout of the A.P. Industrial Directory which was circulated along with The Economic Times.

Joined the Times of India Group at their Hyderabad office in 1993 as a consultant designing & developing advertisements, layouts and presentation. In 1994 was recruited as a full time employee and was designated as Executive Response, where in the role remained the same. Was subsequently promoted as Officer Response and Sr. Officer Response. Was instrumental in designing the layouts of Hyderabad Plus, a city centric supplement, which was circulated with The Economic Times. Apart from this was also instrumental in coming out with the Femina Twin Issue, which was circulated with Femina magazine being published from Mumbai. This magazine was developed to provide an advertising platform for the local clients of Hyderabad and Vizag offices. A booklet of interesting articles from the field of Human Resources was brought out to cater to the HR community of Hyderabad & Secunderabad. Was also instrumental in coming out with the first Andhra Pradesh Industrial Directory.
