Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests including Hematology, Routine and Special Chemistry, Immunology and Serology, Histopathology, Clinical pathology, virology, Microbiology and Blood bank using automated analyzers and manual techniques. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments and analyzers, troubleshooting technical issues and performing routine maintenance as needed. Review and analyze test results, interpret ndings, and report abnormalities to healthcare providers in a timely and accurate manner. Assisted in the validation and implementation of new laboratory tests, methods, and procedures to enhance laboratory capabilities and services.
