• Understanding of subscriber’s profile in switch level and to modify it accordingly as per approval.• Analyzing the daily reports (NSS, VLR, Prepaid In roamer, WAN Bandwidth utilization, Busy Hour utilization etc) and taking necessary measures like augmentation, de-augmentation for maintaining network availability % of Assam Circle and also maintaining the detail records of total uses in Assam circle.• Understanding different POI connectivity in Switch level. Starting from provisioning of transmission links (kroning of E1s, KLM mapping in optical interfaces), signalling link creation and CIC creation in co-ordination with NOC team in Mumbai.• Responsible for geographical inspection and survey for all Vodafone enterprise and carrier customers for Assam and NE circle in Map Info, Google Earth, Wikimapia as well as on Google Map.• Calculating last mile chargeable distances for all feasible cases and uploading Capex for execution of Fiber (against HDD or manual trenching ducting methodology) / Wireless (Tower/Pole, Earthing ) work along with necessary H/W requirement (as per Customer's requirement) in Feasibility Dashboard Online Portal.• Planning, Handling and Troubleshooting for equipments like ECI BG20/30 & XDM100, Huawei H/Ws and Optical Modems like ECAT, eSONA, PINE converter, RAD IP MUX, AIRMax Radio, shared infrastructures (TX racks etc), and also utilizing existing systems with compatible cards in co-ordination with circle OFC, TX & Wipro teams.• Responsible for Service Delivery process of multi-location MPLS L2 / L3 VPN circuits, NPLC, ILL, PRI lines for Vodafone Business Services and handled customer expectations with respect to the delivery time-frame and service quality parameters.• Responsible for service assurance of all leased circuits maintaining Service Level Agreements (4 Hours) Signoff’s which has to adhere during the operation.• Responsible for Managing Field teams and vendors, as well as co-ordination with Corporate team on daily basis.
