Currently working as an Regional Manager at Cipla Health Ltd based at Kolkata responsible for West Bangal and NEC region ;which includes to drive and motivate a team of 7 TSI and 21 ISR , monitor and analysis of the assigned brand performance to achieve sales target .To plan for launch CHL in different geography of WB and NEC , plan different promotional activity to create a market pull of brands by BTL and coordinating ATL activities.
