CurrentArea of Expertise: Installation and erection (6.7 yrs), Maintenance and Troubleshooting (6.7 yrs), Process Development (2 yrs).Duties/Responsibilities:1. Refrigerator Manufacturing machinery Foaming Machine, Injection Molding Machine, Gas Charging, Sheet Metal Section, Thermo Forming, Roll Former machine.2. AC Manufacturing machinery Fin Press, Vertical Expander, Hairpin Bender, CNC Tube Bending, Helium Leak Test machine.3. Supervision and monitoring all types of electrical works.4. Checking all the machine and accessories and ensuring preventive and breakdown maintenance of process. Spare parts sourcing.5. Ensuring all the equipment are performing well less breakdown upon the pre defined efficiency and ensuring maximum utilization in production unit.6. Participate in Installation, Qualification of process machinery and equipment as per standards. Initiating, Implementing and working on different capacity and development projects of the company.7. Arranging different spare parts and accessories from the factory workshop.8. Supervising the activities of operators and foreman, regular follow up and evaluating performance.9. Checking the inventory of the store and giving requisition if any materials or accessories needed.10. Supervising the Installation, Erection, Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of Utilities machines like as Chiller and Air Compressor.
