Mixing that with the fact that I love interacting with people, helping them understand how things work and training them about the newest tech thing. All of this has lead to a new life in creating technical training. I now create instructional, educational, informational and promotional videos, documentation, and other media (infographics, job aids, FAQs, etc) to help people understand the technology provided to them to do their jobs day to day. I enjoy being the person that gets to translate technical jargon into everyday languages for learners, to understand the story behind the technology and get that information to the people that need to use it.
