Graduated with a Masters of Science in Business Analytics from Suffolk University. The program equipped me with a solid foundation in data management, modeling, and analytics using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, SAP, SAS EG, SAS Miner, and Visio. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from North South University. In my previous role at Bismillah Machinery Energy Solutions in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I honed my business development and client support skills. I collaborated with clients to understand their needs, improve customer satisfaction and enhance product distribution. I also managed relationships with foreign suppliers, conducted business presentations, and provided warranty support. Additionally, I have worked on analyzing financial data for avocado farming and distribution, as well as conducting statistical analysis using SAS EG to understand factors affecting heart rate. I also excelled in a SAP HANA ERP simulation game competition, securing 4th place and building a Power BI dashboard for insights.
