Being in a COE role is one of the best experience you can have to bring Organization Development. You apply all the skills an seasoned HR Professional can possess. Researching on various trend around the market, ideating new Frameworks, iterating on these ideas to solidify the framework, presenting it to the leadership and then implementation which involves a lot of cross functional collaboration. As being COE, I had to come up with frameworks, processes and policy which was implemented for the entire organization, building relationships with employees, cross functional colleagues and middle management is of supreme importance as you would like to get a pulse before proposing a new process.
