Campus Movie Fest is a week-long film-making competition that travels from campus to campus. CMF was at UNC-Chapel Hill during March and 50 films were submitted by UNC students.I broke the CMF national record for most films submitted during the week-long contest, with a total of 10 films, ranging from 2-5 minutes in length.Two of my films ("Awkward Date" and "Dead Funny") were screened at the CMF at UNC Premiere, which features the top 16 films from a university, as chosen by a panel of judges. "Dead Funny" was awarded the "Jury Award", which means it was one of the top 4 films and will be continuing on to compete in additional competition at Terminus Festival/Conference in June 2018.For "Dead Funny", I was the team Captain, as well as Producer, Co-Director, and Actor. The film was written by Blake Benson and Co-Directed by Michael Harrison Sparks.For "Awkward Date", I was the team Captain, as well as Assistant Producer, Director, and crew. The film was written by Hannah Strickland.
